Anthony (Tony ) is CEO of TradeAdvisors, Founding Partner of TradeLawyers, and Professor of International Economic Law at Ateneo Law School. A World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute panelist and Bloomberg TV news anchor, he brings deep expertise in international trade, competition law, cross-border investment, and AI transformation across Asia-Pacific.

Having held senior government appointments in the Philippines - including Tariff Commissioner and President of the Philippine International Trading Corporation - Tony combines extensive public policy and commercial leadership. He actively advises multilateral institutions, governments, and enterprise boards on high-stakes trade, technology, and economic integration.

Tony holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, a Juris Doctor and Economics (Honors) degree from Ateneo de Manila University, and is currently a PhD candidate at the World Trade Institute (University of Bern) researching AI and global trade frameworks. Former President of the Harvard Club of the Philippines, he is a seasoned keynote speaker, lecturer, and executive program facilitator.
