With over 25 years of cross-sector leadership across APAC, Tan is an ICF PCC-accredited executive coach who has conducted more than 2,500 executive coaching sessions. His career spans key management roles at global corporate giants such as Nielsen and Coca-Cola, alongside successful entrepreneurial execution—having built, scaled, and sold his own enterprise to Ipsos. Tan specializes in quickly diagnosing core organizational bottlenecks, challenging the status quo, and unlocking the courage within leaders to drive sustainable growth.

Tan holds a Master’s degree in Financial Technology from UNSW and earned a Fulbright Postgraduate Scholarship in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, he regularly advises C-suite executives and enterprise leadership teams on organizational agility, executive resilience, and team alignment.
