Ssunaina Vij is a Global Leadership Consultant, Advisor and Founder of The Bridge, helping leaders and organisations navigate the human side of global work. With 18 years of experience spanning language, intercultural communication, inclusion and leadership development, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to building globally effective leaders and teams.

A linguist and interculturalist by training, Ssunaina holds an MA in French, a DAEFLE from Alliance Française, a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator certification, a Diversity & Inclusion certification from eCornell, and a Global Executive MBA from ISB.

Her work focuses on helping technically strong professionals translate expertise into greater influence, visibility and leadership impact—particularly when working across cultures, markets and diverse stakeholder groups. She works with leaders and organisations to strengthen communication, adaptability, cultural intelligence, global stakeholder relationships, decision-making and leadership confidence.
