Shiela Cancino is a TEDx speaker, ICF Mentor Coach, and creator of the Pawn to Queen™ Framework, which helps professionals move from feeling overlooked to being fully seen and heard at work.

A Certified Public Accountant and Distinguished Toastmaster, Shiela spent 17 years in global financial services, living and working across the Philippines, the United States, Bermuda, India, and Singapore, often as the only Filipina in the room. That experience shapes how she coaches: she works with leaders in global corporations, hedge funds, and education to build genuine confidence, communicate their value clearly, and claim influence in cultures where speaking up is not the default.

She is Strengthscope and DISC certified, serves as a keynote speaker and DISCMap facilitator for TCP Growth, and previously sat on the ICF Hong Kong Chapter board leading Social Impact. Beyond corporate work, Shiela founded 4S (Share a Secret, Spread Success), a scholarship foundation in the Philippines, and mentors Pinoy Impact Hong Kong and Pinoy Chess Community Hong Kong. A Woman Candidate Master in chess, she is the author of Pawn to Queen.
