Jan Kot is an Executive Advisor and Intercultural Storytelling Specialist at TCP Growth, operating at the intersection of narrative strategy, global communication, and cross-border transformation. Raised in Shanghai and educated in Hong Kong and the United States, she brings over two decades of experience bridging cultural, linguistic, and business gaps across Greater China.

Jan began her career as an international journalist covering China’s social and economic evolution for leading Asian news and business publications. A seasoned TED speaker coach, former guest lecturer at HKU SPACE Institute for China Business, and executive communication trainer, she regularly coaches C-suite leaders on strategic storytelling, executive presence, and personal narrative.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, Jan leverages storytelling as a strategic leadership tool to align cross-border teams, enhance executive influence, and drive organizational change.

葛女士的職涯始於新聞界，曾任亞太區多家頂尖新聞與財經媒體記者，深入報道中國社會與經濟演變，並率先探討中國企業於海外的投資與發展。作為資深跨文化故事力與 TED 演講教練，她定期為企業高管提供戰略溝通與高管個人敘事指導，亦曾獲聘為香港大學專業進修學院中國商業學院（HKU SPACE ICB）客席講師，教授企業戰略故事力課程。
