Vodcast #41 - Communication for Continuous Growth by Shiela Cancino
While striving to improve service & products is crucial, there is another important element of success that businesses often overlook.
Communicating with clients to understand what they need!
But also while communicating, we often focus on what we should say or assume things about the other person.
However, effective communication is more about being curious and listening with an open mind.
Listening well means not just understanding the words or the information being communicated, but also understanding the emotions the speaker is trying to convey.
It all stems from an ability to recognize that the person you're talking with has ideas and ways to contribute and share and that you understand and value their uniqueness.
In this week’s TCP Vlog, renowned author and coach, Shiela Cancino, recounts her experiences settling in different cultures and shares valuable insights on how to keep growing in any setting with communication.
